Director of Operations
A retired Master Warrant Officer of the Nigerian Army, with over 35 years of military service. He has experience in security operations, risk assessment, intelligence reporting, compliance, and crisis management.
His work includes U.N. and A.U. missions in Sierra Leone, Sudan, Darfur, and Central African Republic. He is known for leadership, integrity, discipline, team supervision, and field excellence, with qualifications in Public Administration and Occupational Safety, Health, Environment and Security Management..
CSP Olokode T. Olawunmi (Rtd)
Chief Security Consultant
A distinguished security and investigation professional with over 35 years of progressive leadership within the Nigeria Police Force, retiring as a Chief Superintendent of Police.
His decorated career includes leading the Anti-Kidnapping Unit and SARS in Lagos State. Holding a degree in Mathematics, his analytical rigor enhances complex criminal investigations, intelligence gathering, risk mitigation, and strategic advisory services for JSSL.
Joe Abrahams, SAN
Legal Adviser
A distinguished Senior Advocate of Nigeria, former judicial officer, and public servant. He serves as Principal Partner of Joe Abrahams, SAN & Associates, specializing in legal advisory, arbitration, and corporate governance.
His eminent and distinguished career, which spans nearly four decades, has seen him serve as a Sole Judge of the Upper Area Court in Benue State of Nigeria, a Chief Magistrate in Kogi State, and the Attorney General of Kogi State on two consecutive occasions. He has provided decades of legal expertise, statutory compliance, and corporate justice management to JSSL. He is a Life Bencher of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
