1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Jaxon Security Services Limited (JSSL) for private security guarding, event protection, risk assessments, electronic surveillance installation, or applying for employment via our online recruitment portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern our operations, service delivery, and digital portal usage across Nigeria.

2. Scope of Security Services

JSSL provides professionally managed physical protection, static guarding, event crowd management, surveillance monitoring, executive protection, and security audits across corporate, industrial, residential, and diplomatic sectors. Operational guard numbers, shift hours, and post orders are governed strictly by individual client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal threat prevention and operative safety, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate site information, threat assessments, and physical access during security surveys.
• Maintain safe working conditions and basic sanitary facilities for deployed security personnel.
• Report operational concerns or suspicious activities directly to our 24/7 central command room.
• Refrain from instructing guards to carry out personal or non-security duties outside agreed post orders.

4. Operational Supervision & Deployment

All deployed security personnel remain under the sole employment, command structure, and operational direction of JSSL management. Vetting, physical training, shift rotations, and disciplinary procedures are executed strictly in accordance with military and law enforcement operational benchmarks.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Under our S.H.I.E.L.D. core values (Service Excellence, Honesty, Innovation, Excellence, Loyalty, Discipline), JSSL and our clients commit to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding property blueprints, surveillance feeds, access credentials, and threat analysis reports.

6. Electronic Systems & Surveillance

For projects involving CCTV, biometric access control, or perimeter alarms, hardware ownership, warranties, and maintenance obligations are defined by the specific installation contract. Clients must allow scheduled maintenance access to preserve electronic security integrity.

7. Payment Terms

Services are billed based on approved contract quotations. All invoices must be settled promptly to official Jaxon Security Services Limited corporate bank accounts to ensure continuous deployment and guard welfare support.
